Domestic:

Your products will be shipped via UPS. Shipping and handling fees are NON REFUNDABLE. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Express delivery is available for in-stock items only

All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Heretic City is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

International:

Ship rates vary by country.  We recommend ordering along with friends so that you may split the shipping cost between you. 

Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are determined once the shipment reaches your country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any such charges. As we cannot predict what these charges may be, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order. Your country's customs department may also decide to arbitrarily hold your package for any length of time it chooses, we cannot control this variable.  Please take this into account when ordering internationally.

IF YOU REFUSE a package you will have return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with that order removed from your store credit, should this exceed entire amount you paid for the order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.
