Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within fourteen (14) days, international orders thirty (30) days, from the date merchandise was received. After this time period there is NO refund or exchange.

Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender and you will be charged for return shipping.

Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is not refundable.

 Return shipping charges will only be refunded due to discrepancies and errors of Heretic City Online. We only refund up to the price of standard ground shipping.

We require a copy of your receipt that you received with your package. We CANNOT accept for return any item that does not include a copy of your receipt. 

All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Heretic City is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
